Synopsis: Scientist Bruce Banner is on the run after a gamma radiation experiment mutates his DNA, causing him to transform into a massive green monster called the Hulk when angry or stressed. Hunted by General Thaddeus Ross (father of his ex-girlfriend Betty) and the U.S. military, Banner hides in Brazil while searching for a cure. When his blood contaminates a product and draws Ross’s forces to him, a confrontation triggers his transformation. Meanwhile, Ross’s soldier Emil Blonsky volunteers for a super-soldier serum that enhances his strength but warps his mind. Blonsky later injects himself with Banner’s blood, becoming the monstrous Abomination, who goes on a rampage in Harlem. Banner must embrace the Hulk to stop him and protect the city, then chooses to go into hiding to master his powers.
